Our faith community gathers to care for our church grounds. If you like working with nature, we need your help with planting, trimming, and sustaining the flowers and plants on our campus.

The Gathering Inn is an agency serving homeless men, women, and children in Placer County. They provide the pantry staples, the kitchen, and the recipes. Newcastle UMC partners with Pioneer UMC in Auburn, and together we bring the main ingredients, fellow volunteer chefs and smiles.

Newcastle United Methodist Church is part of the "Kairos Cookie Ministry" and provides dozens and dozens of homemade cookies which are distributed to inmates, correction officers, and support staff.

We offer care, encouragement and companionship to members in stressful circumstances. We want to let people know that we are thinking about them.

Step up, literally, and assist the pastors in worship by reading Scripture and leading prayers

Do you play an instrument or sing? We are always looking for new voices.

Are you the creative type? Design table centerpieces for Fellowship following the service, or decorate the altar each week.

You can donate year round during our offertory.

Do you like to knit or crochet? You infuse healing and good thoughts as well as prayers of protection into the shawl.
